What if you don’t have any tea?

Warm up some water, one glass of plain water warms the body but the options that you can add are almost endless!

options for additions: cucumber, lemons, oranges, teaspoon sugar, honey…

Sweet Lemon (a personal favourite)

Step 1: Boil Water and poor into a cup

Step 2: Get a wedge of lemon and squeeze it into the cup then add in a tablespoon of (farmers market) honey.

Step 3: Let cool for ~5/10 minutes, Enjoy!

Orange Pekoe Tea

Step 1: Boil Water and poor into a cup

Step 2: Orange Pekoe bag of your choosing, let steep for 2-5 mins

Step 3: Let cool down a bit, enjoy!
